There has been a history of regular oil changes and standard maintenance. The generator works, air conditioning blows cold, fridge keeps food fresh, and microwave warms your next meal. To the best of our knowledge, the Rialta has zero mechanical problems and drives perfectly. Zero problems on the drive train and zero problems on the engine. We start up the engine at least once a week to keep the juices flowing. There are new tires on the Rialta that have hardly been worn-in.
