jack-knife style sofa sleeper (sits on slide-out). Leather appears to be in good
condition, showing only slight wear. Nearby electrical outlet. Large sliding
window with screen, fabric blinds and decorative valance. Upper triple-door
cabinet with 2 lower lighting units. Wood end table sits on opposite side with
electrical outlet and lower single-door cabinet. Large window, portion sliding
with screen, fabric blinds and decorative valance. Upper triple-door cabinet
with lower lighting unit. Living Area has overhead lighting unit and Winegard
crank for TV antenna.
DINING/KITCHEN AREA: Wood dinette table with 2
dinette chairs, nearby electrical outlet, mirror, Duo-Therm temp control, switch
panel. Upper double-door cabinet with lower decorative dinette light and 2 upper
single-door mirrored cabinets. Large side-by-side Elite by Dometic
refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and wood face. Kitchen has Corian-style
counter top with matching sink and range covers, dual kitchen sink, Maytag

sliding wood divider doors (one at kitchen, one at bedroom). Single sink with
Corian-style counter top, lower laundry cabinet, lower single-door cabinet,

mirrored medicine cabinets. Slide room control panel. Thetford toilet. Corner
shower stall with skylight, mounted/detachable shower head, interior towel bar,
shower door enclosure with 2 outer towel bars. Large cabinet unit in bathroom
consists of large double-door mirrored wardrobe cabinet with interior lighting
unit, 2 lower/outer drawers. Additional double-door mirrored cabinet contains
washer/dryer combo. Bathroom has 3 overhead lighting units and a crank vent/fan.
REAR BEDROOM: Mattress. There are 2 night stand units, each one
consisting of upper mini mirrored wardrobe cabinet, side open-faced cubby,
side-mounted reading lamp and 3 lower drawers. 2 single-door mirrored cabinets
above head-of-bed with center open-faced mirrored cubby; 3 lower lighting units,
2 speakers. Headboard and decorative mirrors. Bedroom has 2 windows, both
sliding with screens, fabric blinds and decorative valance. One window serves as
an emergency exit. TV near foot-of-bed, Duo-Therm temp control and light switch
panel. Bedroom has overhead lighting unit.
SUMMARY: This is a nice xxxx
model year coach. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she
should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in
cockpit, living area and bedroom showing only medium wear and currently has
plastic runners in place. Wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the
coach appears to be in good condition. Counter tops throughout appear to be in
good condition with the exception of a blemish on the range cover. Walls
throughout are all clean, as with any used RV some walls may show some minor
scuffs and/or blemishes, small holes from previous mountings. Cabinets
throughout all look good and open and close properly. Dash appears to be in good
condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. TIRES:
