Heres your chance to own a beautiful xxxx Chevrolet SS Chevelle. This car is an original (138) code car and still retains its original Black & Yellow license plates. The Chevelle was assembled in Fremont, California and spent most of its life in Oakland. It has always been a California car and rust free. The original 396 & 4speed trans are unfortunately long gone. The car still has its original 12 bolt rear end, which has been up graded with a 3:73 Auburn Posi, installed at West Coast Differentials. Under the hood has been left very sanitary and clean. The motor is a 383 ZZ 4 with a hydraulic roller cam, aluminum heads & intake, and 4 barrel carb. It runs great on 91 octane gas. Ceramic coated headers and Flow Master Mufflers help to create a sweet sound. The car is also equipped with Vintage Air Conditioning. The transmission was originally a 4speed and the pedal assembly is still under the carpet if you so desire to make some changes. As for now the power is shifted through a 700 R4 4 speed automatic transmission, built by Jim at ATO. Great for highway cruising. The SS cruises on Chip Foose 18 up front & 20 at the rear wheels wrapped with G-Force Tires. CPP disc brakes are at all four corners for quick stopping power. The interior has been kept mainly stock with a few subtle up grades. The gauge cluster is made by the Convan custom dash company with Auto Meter Gauges, Flaming River Tilt Steering column, and a very clean B&M shifter. New carpet, door seal plates, headliner and door panels helped to freshen up the inside. The body and paint speaks for its self. Laser straight panels and lines are stunning. All the door felts, rubber, and seals have been replaced. All the glass has been replaced as well. The color is a xxxx BMW Silver with a hint of metallic for a little extra bling. The Chevelle has been in a private collection for the last 9 years.
